Peru
Don’t ever walk alone in the Amazonian forest. If you do, you may encounter a spirit with long black hair covering it’s face and two backwards feet. This creature makes sounds like the laughter of children echoing in the jungle. Playfully, it may kick you so that you trip and fall into a state of confusion. This spirit can also morph into familiar human forms, in order to trick you into following it down a different path until you are lost deep in the jungle. According to local tribes, many men who have walked alone in the jungle have never returned. The few who have, reappeared after weeks of solitude and arrived in a state of chaos. They shared their stories of the spirit who led them astray in the jungle. Now, the tale continues as they warn all visitors to never walk alone.
